Attention: When the watch worn on the arm, affecting by the human body heat, the temperature value display on the screen will be higher than room temperature. So if you want to get the room temperature, please put the watch on a table, and avoid direct sunlight on it, the actual room temperature will show on the watch after 20 minutes.
For the first time to use the watch, please set the local altitude as data base on the watch.
You can go to the internet to search for local altitude.
(1) The altimeter works as: When the altitude increases, air pressure decreases accordingly.
so the watch is collecting the air pressure value to calculate the changes in altitude. (Here below is the cross reference table for air pressure and height from International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), it explains the reference standard between air pressure and height. )
From the chart above, we know how the altimeter works. Normally the air pressure is constantly changing, so the collected height will have some deviations by this changes, variance tolerances are between + –50 meters. And in actual mountaineering this deviation is negligible. For example mountain climbing altitude for 2000 meters, 50 meters deviation is very little for the whole process, no influence on the actual climbing.
Currently the altimeter for all climbing watch works in this way, so the little deviation in height collection caused by air pressure changing is unavoidable.
Altitude means the vertical height from sea level to the location you stay.
Relative Altitude means the height from the foot to the summit of the mountain, when we go hiking, at the mountain foot we clear the relative height to zero and after we reach the top, the relative altitude on the display is the height of our actual mountaineering.

For the first time to use the watch, we need to adjust the weather forecast value according to local value, it can be searched on internet.
The weather forecast is foreseeing the weather in 24 hours, not for the nowadays.
Under daylight, you may feel the back light is dim, however in the night, in dark room without any light, you will see the back light is bright enough. It is designed for energy saving. Please open below youtube link to see the watch back light effect in dark.
Tips for water proof
- All North Edge watches are 5ATM water proof, it is suitable for swimming and diving.
- The buttons are not allowed to be pressed when whole watch in the water.
- The watch cannot be used in hot spring, hot water shower, sauna to prevent from hot water steam.

Сразу скажу, Часы понравились, все ожидания на текущий момент оправдались, доставка в Архангельск заняла всего 12!!! Дней, что не могло не порадовать. С настройкой разобрался не сразу, попросил продавца прислать инструкцию на русском, но тот даже ответом не удосужил. Есть еще один косяк, кнопка высотомера в моем экземпляре часов не всегда срабатывает сразу, что немного портит впечатление. Мое заключение – рекомендую.

Watch came before time, so that’s a huge plus in my opinion. It looks good, does what it says. The pedometer is a bit oversensitive, and you must calibrate your body measurements accurately for the calories/distance ran thing to be accurate. Heart rate isn’t continously displayed, but can be measured continously with graph. The only negative I could find was that the buttons were of poor quality and very squeaky. Definitely gave away the fact that this is a ‘Chinese’ product. I would recommend this product highly. Better still, spend some more money & get the GPS enabled one.

Время показывает, шагомер работает, давление пусть и в кривых единицах, но кажет, высоту тоже. Успел под какую-то акцию купить за 3500р, хотя год в корзине лежало за 5000р и жаба давила брать за пятак. Мне только высота была нужна. Позволяет реже в жпс лазить в горах. Короче рекомендую.

купил часы вечером в пятницу,продавец отправил заказ в понедельник,в этом нет ничего страшного. Часы приехали в Казань за 27 дней,думал что за 2 недели приедут,но наша почта сильно затупила,дней на 5 мог бы забрать раньше. В целом часы качественные,но в воду погружать их боюсь.настроил быстро,продавец прислал новую инструкцию на английском и старую на русском,в котором нет информации о пульсометре и аккумулятора. разобрался и настроил. погода благоприятсвовала тесту,барометр работает очень точно,днем был снег с дождем,к вечеру стало ясно,барометр отреагировал быстро. альтиметр на первый взгляд тоже адекватный. пульсометр тоже работает,нужен для тренировок на тренажерах. только компас тут совершенно бесполезен. из минусов,часы приехали разряженными,хватило батарейки на первую настройку и он выключился,после чего,настройки все сбросились. не разобрался с часовыми поясами,а точнее с городами,там урезанные только три буквы и что это за город не разобрать (кроме паряжа,рио.лондона).

Спасибо! Доставка до СПб две недели. Трек отслеживался. Пришлось повозиться с настройками. Главное не путать при вводе координат местоположения “южное” и “северное” полушарие. Получилось вначале что у меня летом солнце восходит и заходит как зимой. И всё-таки часы под правую руку заточены, так как отверстие для измерения различного рода погодных условий слева, следовательно будет постоянно прикрыто рукавом. Продавца рекомендую.

Часы очень даже неплохие. С основными функциями и настройками разобрался без проблем. Пришли разряженными в нули, но в комплекте зарядка (под блок питания от телефона), зарядились за пол часа, неделю хожу – индикация показывает полный заряд. Материалы качественные, дешёвыми часы не ощущаются.

the watch works pwrfect, and came in good conditions specs times: there are a few minuses here, because there are not many countries to choose from, so if you want to have a good sunrise/sunset hours you’ll have to search for latitude and longitude of your country( it has this feature). its not hard, but it take some time to configure heart rate: precise measuremen, give you your lowest and highest bpm and a chart temperature: body temperature, if you want the outside temperature, you have to take your watch off your wrist wheater forecast- influenced by atmosferic pressure sensor, it shows accurately depending on the area you’re in for example if you spend a period in your home, it will show forecast depending on your home air conditions.if you stay outside it will show forecast accurately not a wow function, since you can anyway see yourself the outside weather, but still interesting atmospheric pressure is accurate, and based on it you can make weather predictions. pedometer ok.
