What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our shipping is delivered at least by registered mail, this method prevents lost parcels since all registered parcels can be tracked via our “Track your order” page.

Our preferred option is to ship our orders using ePacket services. ePacket is faster, and whenever this service is available to us (Depends on the destination country) we will use it.

For some of our products, like SwellPro drones, which are more expensive than the usual products, we ship it using express carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS and more.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Well, that depends on the shipping method that was selected for you. If your order was shipped in the standard registered mail then you should expect to receive your parcel within 30 business days.

If your order was shipped using ePacket service, then most likely you will receive it within 12 to 20 business days.

If we shipped your order using an express carrier, like FedEx or DHL you should receive your order within a week.

How Do I Track My Order?

After placing your order, you will be notified when it was shipped.

Regarding tracking your order, you have 2 options for that:

  1. Go to: our track-your-order page, type your order number and billing email and we will provide you with the up-to-date status of your order.
  2. Go to: website, insert the tracking number we have sent you, and you will get there the status of your order.

We highly encourage you to track your order on a weekly basis.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, you do not need to have an account in order to place an order.

However, we do send our registered customers special discounts from time to time, and we don’t want you not to have it.

How Do I Place an Order?

After you selected a product that you like, it will be added to your cart.

Depends on the button you clicked on, you can check out directly to fill your details and then pay for it.

If you clicked on “continue shopping” button, that means that the store allowed you to continue shopping before checking out.
